What is your current turnaround time?

Where do you ship to?
At the moment, only the USA and Canada. I hope to expand in the future :)
How are your collars made?
I try to find unique fabric that is fun and fresh! I only buy the highest quality fabric for longevity. All pressure seams are reinforced with my industrial sewing machine for longevity. I use welded D-rings, Buckles and Tri-glides for strength. All fabric is reinforced with interfacing for added strength.
Do you offer replacements?
If it was a mistake on my end or if I sent you the wrong product or it's defective-absolutely! I product test all materials before I am comfortable listing them in my shop. I'll need a picture of the defective product and I'll do my best to replace it! If I no longer offer the same pattern I'll try and choose one that is close to what you originally ordered. If the package got lost in the mail I encourage you to wait a few days to see if it shows up. If it doesn't you can contact your local post office and see if they can find it. It's obviously not a fun situation for both of us if something gets lost.

Care and use instructions
Like anything handmade, machine washing should be avoided for the longest life of the collar. I recommend hand-washing all collars in cold water and laying flat to dry. Machine wash as needed in cold water on the gentle cycle in a garment bag. Machine washing will drastically reduce wear life and color! Swap collars out frequently!
Not recommended for dogs that pull or heavy-duty purposes! I recommend removing collars before dirty activities for longest life of these collars. These are not quick release, so do not leave on unattended. Customer assumes all risk and liability. Do not use as a tie out: this can damage your dog’s neck. Please check collar for signs of wear before use.
Collar Sizing
The sizes of my collars are in the listings. Please double check before you buy that you are ordering the correct size! I recommend measuring your dog’s neck or a current dog collar that fits from end to end if you do not have a tape measure. You can also see the sizing guide here for a more detailed breakdown.
How do I adjust my collar?
The buckles and triglides I use are designed to "lock in" the collar once adjusted. This means that it won't easily slip out of place once fit. To adjust it I recommend taking it one piece at a time. Adjust them by first manually feeding one side through the triglide or buckle then out the other side until your proper fit is achieved! You should only need to do this once :)
Do you take requests for fabric patterns?
I'm always on the hunt for fun new fabric to add to my shop. Unfortunately it's not possible to fill every request because of the limitations of pattern size, placement and availability. You can always let me know about a pattern you are interested in and I'll keep it in mind, but I cannot promise that I am able to fulfill every request.
What if I gave you the wrong address?
If you contact me before you get the shipping email, I can change the address on my end manually! The sooner you tell me, the better! Once it is shipped there is very little I can do, but I will do my best to help you!
Will my collar look just like the one in the listing?
Everything is handmade for you! This means that it may not look exactly like the listing picture. I certainly do my best, but please understand that this is not always possible. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for this.
Do you do Wholesale?

Will you ever make Chain Martingales?
